So here I am writing another beauty post, they are definitely rare over here on The Gratitude Blog but sometimes when you completely fall in love with a product or a brand you just have to shout all about it. Now I know the majority of people these days are totally obsessed with Lush the brand and i have to be honest, I've never been one to rate it all that highly, I mean they have a few stand out products but I'm definitely more of a beauty essentials kind of girl, not the luxuries, but when I put together my Mothers' Day Pamper Package for my mum I couldn't resist trying a few products.
I got a lot of advice from the assistants in Lush, and being completely honest I usually find that rather annoying when I'm trying to shop and you get constantly hounded by shop assistants asking if you're okay. If I need help, I tend to ask for it, so yes usually I am okay. But I really appreciated the advice of the staff in Lush giving me recommendations for what I wanted to use the products for and advising me on what each product has to offer was really helpful. I bought two of the bath balms, and these aren't the bombs so they definitely don't fizz up but they do leave your skin feeling silky soft after your bath and at just £2 I thought this product was an absolutely bargain and it smelt just lush (get it?).
Anyway, along with my two vanilla bath balms I also purchased a face mask. Which, as I', not the girliest girl ever is something that I like to indulge in ever so often, but it definitely isn't a regular treat so I tried a few of the different samples in the shop, and I don't know about you but I like a good scrub when it comes to a face mask then I feel it really is working some magic on my skin. The Brazened Honey seemed just perfect and it smells amazing. So what I'm trying to say is, I'm a lush convert and I will definitely be popping in again soon to treat myself to some new luxury products. Let me know what your favourite lush products are or any that you would recommend.
